The stripes are from the fun stamp set by Practicing Creativity, called You're Dandy. The other stamps are from We R Memory Keepers, Old Glory collection. This is GORGEOUS Monica! Those rays are absolutely superb - they direct your eye right in to the 4th - and I LOVE the way you've added sparkle to that to really make it 'shine' in the centre! Utterly fabulous!
